1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 8(b)/18 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case and for no offence he is languishing in judicial custody since 14.02.2025 and the charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. As such he may be enlarged on bail.
4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner as well as the fact that the charge sheet has already been submitted in this case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Karaikela P.S. Case No. 09 of 2025, corresponding to NDPS Case No. 02 of 2025.

It is made clear that he shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against the petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of the petitioner.
