By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner available in the office of the Respondents, for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 18.03.2025 (ANNEXURE -P/6) passed by respondent No.3 and declare it illegal and nonest in the eyes of law. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to 3 grant any other relief which the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case. 10.4 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant cost of the petition to the petitioner.” 4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wants to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to challenge the same before the Courts having exclusive jurisdiction at New Delhi as per Clause 27.f of the Contract Agreement. 5.
