Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Amit Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner complaining that the electricity meter is not being installed. 3. The counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 has handed over an order of assessment of electricity bill passed against the petitioner, whereby, an amount has been quantified as electricity charges to be paid by the petitioner. 4. The counsel for the petitioner states that his client was not aware of any order being passed. 5. Considering the fact that the order has been handed over across the Bar, the petitioner would be at liberty to prefer an appeal, if so advised, as is prescribed for filing the appeal, the limitation will be counted from today, the date on which assessment order has been served. 6.
