This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties No. 4, in view of above, writ petition with a direction to look into the matter on a representation/application submitted by the petitioner and to take appropriate action against Opposite Parties no.5 and May avail the remedies prescribed in law, such as Under The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, the First Information Report (FIR)-which was earlier governed by Section 154 of the CrPC." 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents has produced before this Court written instructions sent by Sri Arjun Singh, Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station- Vibhuti Khand, District- Lucknow wherein it has been stated that the F.I.R. has been registered on 03.07.2025 as Case Crime No. 247 of 2025 under Sections 125(ka), 281, 324(4), 351(3), 352 of the B.N.S. 4. The written instructions are kept on record. 5. Learned A.G.A. for the State says that the writ petition has become infructuous. 6. This writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
