Civil Writ Petition No.5655/2018, which came to be dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 01.03.2024. 2. Counsel for applicant states that requisite PF & notices were filed, however, due to bonafide error, extra PB sets could not have [2025:RJ-JP:2932] (2 of 2) [WRES-573/2024] been filed. Counsel undertakes to file requisite PB sets soon after restoration of the writ petition. 3. Taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in the application and undertaking of counsel for applicant to file requisite PB sets, this Court deems it just and proper to allow the instant application. 4.
