Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.293 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3), 120-B, 376 D and 506 IPC, Sections 3(1)/4(2), 5(g)/6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(1)(w), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station- Bahadrabad, District- Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, has already been granted bail.

This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel.

Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.

The bail application is allowed.

Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
