After arguing for some time, Mr. Naresh K. Sharma, Advocate, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal having been instituted by the respondents before the learned Additional District Judge, Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, which was allowed vide impugned judgment, dated 16.7.2025 and to take recourse to law in accordance with the provisions of the H.P. Urban Rent Control Act (for short, “the Act”) before the

appropriate Appellate Authority against the
order dated 17.1.2024, as passed by the learned Rent Controller, Bilaspur. Permission is granted. 2
In view of above, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty reserved, as aforesaid. The respondents undertake to prefer an appropriate appeal before the learned Appellate Authority within the statutory period, as provided under the Act. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
