To issue suitable Order(s) or direction(s), thereby directing the Opposite party No. 1/Learned Rent Authority/Additional District Magistrate (East), Lucknow, to expeditiously dispose of the Release Application filed by the Petitioners under Section 21(2) of Act No. 16 of 2021 bearing no. 5681 of 2023 (Bulbul Godiyal Anr. v. Kishan Kumar Gary), Computerized Case No. D202310460005681, within such time and manner as this Hon'ble Court may deem just, fit, and appropriate in the facts and circumstances of the present case;" 3. Considering the fact that the Act itself prescribes that the application shall be decided within a period of 60 days, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.1 to decide the said application within a period of 90 days from today positively, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
