Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents. 2. This petition has been filed with the following main prayers:- "1. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing thereby the impugned first information report No-0180 of 2025 under sections-137(2) & 87 Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita-2023 Police Station-Ramkot District-Sitapur lodged by the respondent No-4 on 24.6.2025, contained as Annexure No-1 to the writ petition, in the interest of Justice. 2. Issue a writ or order in the nature of Mandamus staying thereby the arrest of petitioners in FIR No- 0180 of 2025 under sections-137(2) & 87 Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita-2023 Police Station-Ramkot District-Sitapur lodged by the respondent No-4 on 24.6.2025, during pending investigation or writ petition, in the interest of justice." 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the age of the petitioner no.1 has been wrongly mentioned by her father as 14 years, in fact she is 19 years of age. 4. Learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State have pointed out order passed by this Court on 20.03.2025 in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 1709 of 2024 where the petitioner no.1 Smt. Saniya had stated before the Court that she was born in 2006, the Court had instituted an inquiry and found Aadhar Card of Smt. Saniya to be forged. The educational certificate produced before the Court had indicated that she was born in 2011. 5. In view of the detailed order passed by this Court on 20.03.2024, we do not find any merit in the writ petition. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
