The anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of petitioners, who are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 495 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi, is pressed into motion. 2. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no. 1 Satyendra Kumar Singh was rejected on merits vide order dated 17.06.2022 passed in A.B.A. No. 2771 of 2022. 3. The present anticipatory bail application has been renewed on the ground of the settlement made with the Bank. A copy of the settlement has been annexed as Annexure - 5. From the documents, it appears that Rs. Three Lakh Twenty Thousand has been paid by the petitioner nos. 2 and 3, namely, Robin Kumar and Marry Domnika. 4. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the submissions made, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be released on bail on ( 2025:JHHC:15515 ) furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 6. The petitioner will co-operate with the investigation and will appear under Section 41A Cr.P.C. as and when required and comply with the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
