This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties specially opposite party no. 2 & 3 to pay the amount of Rs. 48,22,000/- to the petitioner with 18% interest, in the interest of justice." Let the opposite party no. 3 consider the claim of the petitioner for payment of dues for the work done, which in fact, as claimed, was completed in 2022. Let this claim be considered and decision be taken within a period of three months. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
