Petition has been filed challenging order dated 15.06.2025 transferring petitioners from their present place of posting. 3. It has been submitted that impugned order has been passed in violation of Government Order dated 06.05.2025 particularly paragraph-5 (v) in the Government order dated 06.05.2025 inasmuch as the opposite parties have not taken into account the fact that petitioners are due to superannuate within a period of two years. It is submitted that the son of petitioner no.1 is also certified to be handicapped at 65% for which his treatment is also ongoing. Learned counsel also submits that impugned order has been passed without indicating any administrative or public interest for such transfer. 4. For the said grievance, petitioners have already submitted their representation but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned. 5. At present learned counsel for petitioners restricts their prayer for a final decision with regard to same. 6. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioners and without entering into the merits of the case, petitioners are granted liberty to file a fresh individual representation within a period of three days from today before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Inspector General of Police (Establishment), Police Headquarter, Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by the said authority within period of ten days from the date of its receipt. Till decision on petitioners' representation, petitioners shall not be compelled to join at that transferred places in pursuance of impugned order. 7.
