JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL-JUDGE O R D E R 27.12.2025 The instant application has been filed seeking clarification occurred in the judgement dated 09.12.2025, passed by this Court in WP(C) no. 1969/2020 that instead of word ‘termination’, the impugned order shall be deemed to have accepted the resignation of the petitioner tendered on 04.08.2020 and has also sought rectification of the typographical error with regard to date of resignation occurred at page 4 of the judgment which has been mentioned as 15.10.2020 instead of 04.08.2020. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and has perused the record of the file. The typographical error has occurred in the judgement inadvertently. For the reasons stated in the application coupled with the submissions made at the bar, the same is allowed and accordingly it is clarified that instead of word ‘termination’, the impugned order shall be deemed to have accepted the resignation of the petitioner tendered by him on 04.08.2020. Moreover, the typographical error whereby the date of resignation at page 4 of the judgement has been mentioned as 15.10.2020 shall be read as 04.08.2020. Ordered accordingly. This order shall form part of order dated 09.12.2025. Application is accordingly disposed of.
