By this application, the applicant – Shree Saibaba Sansthan Shirdi, is praying for permission to implement resolution No.153 dated 27th February 2025, passed by the Ad-hoc Committee for granting approval to issue e-tender for purchase of new Air Ventilation and Exhaust System for Shree Sai Prasadalaya and to permit buy back of old Ventilation system, with an estimated cost being 5,44,27,553/-. ₹ 2. We have perused the contents of the application and the resolution, which is at page No.32. 3. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads as follows : “(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 153 dated 27.02.2025 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for granting approval for issuing E-Tender for purchase of New Air Ventilation and Exhaust System for Shree Sai Prasadalaya and buy back of current (old_) Ventilation System, for which an estimated cost of 5,44,27,553/- is required to ₹ be spent.” (Y.
