Heard Sri P.Rajkumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. 4 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. The petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedies before the competent Civil Court where the civil suit is pending. There shall be no order as to costs.
