This application has been filed for quashing for order dated 28.07.2018 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Madhepura in SC/ST (Complaint) Case No. 344 of 2017/CIS No. 344 of 2017 whereby complaint petition filed by the petitioner has been rejected under section 203 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. From the impugned order, it appears that the complaint filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by the Magistrate by a reasoned order. I do not find any ground to interfere in the same. 4.
