Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioner seeks implementation of the orders dated 7th of December, 2012, read with order dated 13th of December, 2012, passed by the Writ Court in CMP No. 405 of 2012 in SWP No. 809 of 2012. 02. A perusal of the record reveals that the main writ petition, bearing SWP No. 809 of 2012, came to be finally decided by the Writ Court in terms of judgment dated 1st of November, 2019. The said judgment was assailed by the respondents before the Division Bench by way of LPA No. 26 of 2020. Vide judgment dated 20th of March, 2025, the aforesaid LPA has been allowed and the Writ petition filed by the contempt petitioner has been dismissed. 03. In view of the above, the present contempt proceedings do not survive. Accordingly, the same are closed and the contempt petition stands disposed of.
