Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioner's transfer from Government Ayurvedic Hospital Jaugarh, District Shrawasti to Government Ayurvedic Hospital Pipiganj, District Gorakhpur keeping in view paragraph no. 5 (iii) and 5 (v) of the Government order dated 06.05.2025. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner is fully covered by the aforesaid government order particularly since his wife is also working where the petitioner is seeking transfer and as he has less than two years to superannuate from service. 4. For the said grievance, petitioner has already moved a representation before authority concerned but seeks liberty to move a fresh representation. 5. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to move a fresh representation before opposite party no. 3. i.e, Director, Ayurvedic Services, Indira Bhawan, Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. In case such a representation is moved, the same shall be decided by the said authority within a period of two weeks from the date of its receipt. 6. The petitioner shall annex copy of the fresh representation along with certified copy of this order. 7. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
