Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Ravi Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging a decision dated 21.02.2025 whereby the application of the petitioners for grant of approval for running D. Pharma course has been rejected. 3. Sri Ravi Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 3 states that an appeal is prescribed against the said order before the appellate forum of PCI. 4. Considering the said objection and upholding the same, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to prefer an appeal, if so advised. In case, such an appeal is filed within a period of one week, the same shall be decided positively within a period of two weeks of the same being filed.
