The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the fresh paper advertisement issued by the Respondent dated 23.01.2020 fixing the date of draw on 27.01.2020 with respect to Doddabyaranakuppe, Mysore District placed at Sl.No.16 with respect to selection of the LPG Distributorship vide Annexure-L. 3. Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 submits that a detailed statement of objections is filed and the same may be taken note of. 4. The contention and the grievance of the petitioner is that he applied for the LPG Distributorship of Indian Oil Corporation to Doddabyranakuppe, Hunsur Taluk, Mysore District under OBC category through Paper advertisement dated 23.01.2019. However, the Indian Oil Corporation Limited without considering his application, has once again issued fresh paper advertisement on 23.01.2020 fixing the date of draw on 27.01.2020. A perusal of the statement of objections filed by respondents 1 and 2 reflects that the Indian Oil Corporation Limited has rejected the application of the petitioner on 20.12.2019. However, the same has not been questioned in the present Writ Petition. If at all the petitioner has any grievance about the rejection of his application, he may approach the appropriate forum in accordance with the law, if so advised.
