Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) CMP.M No. 1692 and 1693 of 2022 By way of these applications, a prayer has been made to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent as well as for condonation of delay in filing the application. 2. Mr. Arush Matlotia, learned counsel, has put in appearance on behalf of proposed legal representatives of 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:30065 deceased respondent. He submits that the applications be allowed, as prayed for. 3. Accordingly, in light of the averments made in the applications, the same are allowed. Proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent are impleaded as respondents No.1(a) to 1(c). Abatement is ordered to be set aside and delay in filing the application is condoned. 4. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. Mr. Arush Matlotia, learned counsel, has put in appearance on behalf of newly impleaded respondents. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for newly impleaded respondents. 6. The petitioners herein are aggrieved by order dated 18.09.2019, in terms whereof, the predecessor-in-interest of present respondents, was allowed to install an electricity meter for running a flour mill and rice shelter. 7. When this case was listed on 16.11.2019, the following order was passed:-

“CMPMO No. 710 of 2019 Issue notice to the sole respondent returnable for 3rd December, 2019. Steps bet taken within two days. CMP No. 12773 of 2019 Notice in the above terms. In the meantime, it is ordered that the electricity meter of the petitioners/applicants be not disconnected/changed in the name of any other person, till the next date of hearing. However, the respondent/non-applicant shall be at liberty to get another electricity meter installed in his own name. Copy dasti.”

As it is not in dispute that the said order is operational till date and the original respondent, in fact, thereafter had an electricity meter installed and was running a flour mill and rice shelter, this petition has lost its efficacy and the same is disposed of without interfering with the order passed by the learned Trial Court, but with the observation that the arrangement, which was ordered by this Court on 16.11.2019, shall continue, till the decision of the matter before the learned Civil Court. 9. The petition is disposed of, in above terms. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand
