Learned A.G.A. for the State has produced before this Court written instructions sent by Sri Indresh Kumar, Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station- Goriganj, District Amethi wherein it has been stated that the proceedings under Sections 170/126/135 of the B.N.S.S. have been initiated. 4. The written instructions are kept on record. 5. This writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the Magistrate concerned, in case he is still aggrieved.
