The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue suitable order or direction to opposite party no. 1 for early disposal of the Regular suit No. 867 of 2023, Sitaram Versus Rajendra Kumar Maurya and others, within such period as this Hon'ble Court may direct." 3. During the course of argument, the counsel for the petitioner states that the injunction application is still pending and has not been decided so far. 4. In view of the said submission, the present petition is disposed of with direction to pass orders on the injunction application with all expedition preferably within a period of three weeks from today.
