Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present petition may kindly be allowed and orders passed by the court of Ld. Civil Judge Jr. Dn Jogindernagar 18.5.2018 and order passed by ld ADJ II Mandi dt 5.9.2018 may kindly be set aside. The application preferred by the respondent under order 39 Rule 1-2 CPC may kindly be dismissed.” 2. A perusal of the record demonstrates that interim was passed in favour of the petitioner by learned Civil Judge on 18.05.2018 and the same was confirmed by learned Appellate Court on 05.09.2018. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:24932 3. In the light of these facts that as there is an interim in force for the last seven years, these proceedings are disposed of with the observation that an endeavour be made by the learned Court concerned to finally disposed of the civil suit as expeditiously as possible and if possible, before 31.12.2025.
