The representation/ complaint has been made by the Samajik Evam Shaikshik Uthan Samiti through its Secretary, whereas, this writ petition has been filed by Shri Shashi Kant Pandey. No doubt, Shri Shashi Kant Pandey claims to be the Secretary of the said Samiti, but, he filed the complaint/representation in his capacity as Secretary and not in his individual capacity, therefore, he can not maintain this writ petition in his individual capacity. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh in the name of Samiti if there is a cause.
