Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 21.05.2025 whereby petitioner's representation for selection on the post of Constable in Civil Police under the E.W.S. category was rejected. 3. Learned State Counsel has adverted to the short counter affidavit dated 05.08.2025 to submit that subsequently petitioner's case was examined by the Board by constituting high level committee and as per recommendation submitted, petitioner has been treated as a candidate under the E.W.S. category and has been selected vide order dated 22.07.2025. It is, therefore, submitted that posting orders shall be issued in favour of petitioner shortly. 4. Considering aforesaid admission on the part of opposite parties, nothing remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition. However, in view of submission of opposite parties that petitioner has been selected, posting orders shall be issued to petitioner forthwith in accordance with rules. 5.
