Also heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. By this petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners, namely, (i) Asif Ali (ii) Md. Sajjad Ahmed (iii) Rofiqul Ali, have prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Satgaon P.S. Case No. 110/2025, registered under Section 299/296/118(2)/109(1)/351(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. 3. Mr. Haldar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Police Officer as per direction of this Court and their statements have already been recorded after they were granted interim protection. They were not misused the liberty granted to them; rather, they co-operate with the investigation of the case. Therefore, the privilege of pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioners may be made absolute. 4. Mr. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that statements of petitioners have already been recorded by the investigating officer. 5. I have considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties and also perused the case diary. 6. Accordingly, the interim protection granted to the petitioners vide order dated 25.06.2025, is made absolute on the condition that they shall co-operate Page No.# 3/3 with the remaining investigation and not hamper or tamper with evidence. 7.
