Taking note of the facts, as indicated in the present petition, as also that while entertaining the present petition, this Court protected the interest of the petitioner vide order dated 29.01.2024 as also the proposition settled in various pronouncements with regard to release of the vehicle as also the fact that order impugned is the remand order, on being confronted, Shri Anoop Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner states that without interfering in the impugned order, present petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his case in the light of the various pronouncements on the issue as also the market value of the vehicle which could be reduced in the meantime before the District Collector, Gonda. Considering the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with liberty, as prayed for. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
