Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for the opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 13.06.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from Lakhimpur Kheri to Sitapur on the post of Senior Assistant. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner is a widow lady having two minor children, who have recently been granted admission in Lakhimpur Kheri in view of petitioner's recent transfer two years back and therefore, petition would face great difficulty in case she is required to join in pursuance of the transfer order. 4. For the said grievance, petitioner has already moved a representation but seeks liberty to move a fresh representation. 5. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner, and without entering into merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to move a fresh representation before respondent no. 3 i.e., Chief Engineer (Karmik-4/6), U.P. Lucknow or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is moved, the same shall be considered and decided by the said authority within a period of ten days from the date of its receipt. 6. With the aforesaid observations/directions, petition stands disposed of.
