ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay in 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
SA(MD) Nos. 551 and 552 OF 2005 presenting the petition to set aside the abatement, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and the sole appellant and to bring on record the respondents 6 and 7 as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and second appellant as the legal representatives of the sole appellant.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. 3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title and send the bundle to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre.
4. With consent of both parties, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 04.03.2025. The Centre is directed to issue notice to the parties to appear for mediation on that date.
5. Post the matter on 17.03.2025, after receiving the mediation report. sd/-
