4. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the following prayers:
"It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble may graciously be pleased to quash the order dated 23.09.2017 passed by Additional Session Judge 2nd Gautambudh Nagar in criminal revision no.129 of 2017 and order dated 13.7.2017 passed by A.C.J.M 3rd Gautambudh Nagar in case no.2796 of 2016 under section 386,120B I.P.C,P.S Ecotack District Gautambudh Nagar. It is further prayed at on case that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to released bail in crime the applicant no.183 of 2016 under section 386,120B Police Station Ecotech-I District Gautambudh Nagar, during the pendency of trial before Court concern, otherwise the applicant shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury. And/or to pass any such other or further order as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the present facts and circumstances of the case."

7. Since there is no one appearing on behalf of the applicants to press this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the matter being likely to
