The petitioner had preferred an appeal before the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies on 16/01/2025, regarding the said removal. However, due to a delay in action by the Joint Registrar and in view of the election nomination's last date being 25/01/2025, the present writ petition was filed before this Hon'ble Court. 03. The Petitioner submits that the matter has now become infructuous, as the election process has been completed, and no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
