Heard the arguments of Mr.D.Arul Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3. According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by him under registered sale deed, dated 16.08.2023. He submitted an on-line application on 03.07.2024, seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 5. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is one of the purchaser under the document, dated 16.08.2023. In such circumstances, the application of the petitioner will be considered after issuing notice to the co-owners. 6.
