2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Katkamsandi P.S. Case No.11 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Section 324(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 33(1)(a) of Indian Forest Act and Sections 27 and 29 of Wildlife Protection Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been registered against three persons including the petitioner and the only allegation is made of destroying the plantation in the forest area. He submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.9 of the petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the notice has been issued, however, the petitioner is not cooperating.

In view of the above and considering that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.9 of the petition, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court will release the petitioner on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
