Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel and Sri Mohan Singh, who appears on behalf of respondent no.6. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that despite a complaint being made, no action is being taken under Section 95(1)(g) of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act. 3. Learned Standing Counsel places on record the instructions to say that an approval for constitution of the Committee has already been given on 12.06.2025 and further the steps for issuance of a formal order are underway. 4. In view of the instructions, which is taken on record, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to pass formal order as are proposed in accordance with law expeditiously.
