By means of this petition, petitioner has sought quashing the F.I.R. dated 25.06.2025 bearing Case Crime/ FIR No.0103 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNSS and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 registered at Police Station Kumarganj, District Ayodhya and a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioner. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before appropriate Court, in accordance with law. 4.
