This petition has been filed by the petitioner for directing the respondents for restraining the respondents from illegally evicting the petitioner from allotted accommodation at Quarter No.J-26 Jawahar Nagar, Srinagar and Set 04, Rehari Staff Quarters, Jammu, and for further directing the respondents to deploy a bullet proof vehicle in terms of order dated 29.06.2018. 2. The petitioner present in person along with Mr. Syed Faisal Qadri, learned Sr. Advocate, submits that he has surrendered both the quarters as well as the bullet proof vehicle allotted to him. 3. He further submits that he has been categorized as X Category protectee by name, though he is entitled to at least three PSOs. 4. Confronted with this submissions Mr. Mohsin Qadri, learned Sr. AAG, has submitted that the petitioner has been provided one PSO in terms of his category and he further submits that the case of the petitioner along with others is under active consideration before the Security Review Coordination Committee. 5. In light of the above, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a detailed representation with Security Review Coordination Committee and on receipt of such representation, appropriate orders be passed by the aforesaid Committee in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 6.
