On being queried, corpus stated that she has already married with a person and presently she is residing with him and she is having no relation with petitioner no.2. 4. In view of the statement made by corpus, it is apparent that there is no illegal detention of corpus by respondent nos.4 and 5 and as such, the present petition stands dismissed.
