(b) Issue any other order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (c) Award the cost of Originalpetition to the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner on the instruction states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
