The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue order or direction to the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge (SD), Barabanki to decide the Civil Suit No. 315/2021, titled as Ramawati Vs. Asha Devi and others as well as Application for temporary injunction within stipulated period pending before the opposite party no. 1, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
