CORAM :
SRI ANANDA SEN, J.
------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Advocate For the State : Ms. Anuradha Sahay, AddI. P.P.
…...... 05/ 02.07.2025: Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 72 of 2025, for offences under Sections 109, 115(2), 126(2), 351, 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
4. The allegation against these petitioners and others is that they have assaulted the informant and others.
5. After going through the impugned order and F.I.R., I find that there is evidence of assault and there is evidence of head injury also, I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 72 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad, stands rejected.
6. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.
7. Petitioners are directed to appear before the court concerned. Once the petitioners appear before the court concerned, their cases shall be considered
individually considering the individual overt acts of the petitioners and also the status of the other co-accused persons.
