Provincial Co-operative Federation U.P. decided on 08.08.2023, a copy of which is part of Annexure-10 to the petition (page 45). 4. Considering the aforesaid consensus, the writ petition is allowed. 5. Petitioner would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgement of this Court passed in case of Raj Kumar (supra).
