GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent, at the behest of respondent Nos. 4 and 5, is repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station to settle the civil disputes, which are pending adjudication before the X Additional District Judge, Tirupati, in O.S. No. 75 of 2019. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has filed a complaint dated 08.03.2025 before the Superintendent of Police, Tirupati, and in that regard, the petitioner is being called to the police station. 2 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has informed the 2nd respondent about the illegal activities of the 2nd respondent by submitting a letter bringing it to the 2nd respondent's notice. The 3rd respondent is causing pressure on her to settle with the unofficial respondents. 4. Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 and 5 without following the due process of law. 4.
