The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 02.01.2019 whereby, the revisional court in exercise of the revisional powers had quashed the order dated 21.11.2017 passed by the JSC Court and remanded the matter for determination afresh. 2. During the pendency of the petition, both the parties have settled their dispute amicably outside the court vide compromise dated 18.09.2023. 3. The compromise dated 18.09.2023 has been filed through an affidavit, which is taken on record. 4. In view of the compromise arrived at in between the parties, the order dated 02.01.2019 passed in SCC Revision No.7 of 2017 as well as the order dated 23.09.2019 passed in Misc. Case No.58 of 2019 cannot be sustained and are accordingly quashed. The writ petition is allowed. 5. The parties shall bound by the terms of the compromise as entered in between them.
