II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding opposite party to decide representation moved by the petitioner contained Annexure No.3 to this writ petition." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.2 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner for grant of Arms license expeditiously within a period of four moths from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
