Present petition has been filed with following main prayers:- " I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 22.05.2025 registered at FIR/ Case Crime No. 0408/2025 under section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. at Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District-Gonda, contained as annexure no. 1 to this writ petition, in respect of the petitioners, in the interest of justice. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties, not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report dated 22.05.2025, contained as annexure no. 1 to this writ petition" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court in accordance with law. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
