This anticipatory bail application under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 118(1), 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the court of learned J.M., Hazaribag in connection with Muffasil PS Case No. 22 of 2025. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. After hearing the parties and after going through the records, I find that the petitioner has assaulted the informant. There is allegation against this petitioner that he has assaulted the informant with iron rod on head causing bleeding. 5. Considering the nature of the injury as it is on the vital part of the body, this Court finds it not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
