The present application has been filed with limited prayer for a direction to the concerned authority/court to decide Criminal Case No. 33178 of 2021, arising out of Crime No. 221 of 2020, State v. Damyanti & ors., under Secgtioni 506, I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Madiyaon, District Lucknow, by fixing the case on day to day hearing and decide the same as early as possible. In view of the aforesaid, the concerned authority/court is directed to get the aforesaid case concluded with utmost expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in case there is no other legal impediment.
