The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Govt. Advocate have submitted that the case of petitioner would be covered by an Executive Order bearing No. ABP.107/2024/Pt/102, dated 30.08.2025, which is on the basis of order dated 03.04.2025, passed by this Court in WP(C) 342/2025- Abdul Kadir Bokshi Vs. State of Assam and Ors. 3. In view of the above without going to the facts of this case, the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of directions contained in the said order dated 03.04.2025, passed in WP(C) 342/2025. 4. The petitioner shall produce a certified copy of the order before the Executive Engineer, (PHE), Silchar Division No. II, Silchar, so that matter can be processed in accordance with the Executive Order dated 30.08.2025, referred above. 5.
