Petition has been filed challenging order dated 29th May, 2025 whereby petitioner working on the post of Sweeper has been transferred from one gram panchayat to another gram panchayat in the same block Ram Nagar, District Ambedkar Nagar. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that impugned order has been passed without considering the fact that petitioner's father is paralyzed and requires constant attention. It is further submitted that the aspect of petitioner being a class IV employee and therefore being a low paid employee could not have been transferred, has also been ignored. With regard to such grievance, petitioner has already submitted a representation to the authorities concerned but seeks liberty to file a fresh representation. At present learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation within a period of three days from today before opposite party No. 2 i.e. District Panchayat Raj Officer, District Ambedkar Nagar. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided by the said authority within period of ten days from the date of its receipt. The petition stands disposed of.
